Hunsel-Blake is a woman business and like other new small businesses in the construction Industry, we are looking to establish a steady alliance and successful business relationship with the other major companies. We are a one of kind, that is actively working with and marketing for small businesses. My skills are industry trained on different low voltage systems. Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, Voice/Data, ERRC/DAZ, Sprinkler and Extinguishes. We are corresponding with over thirty “GCs and ECs” companies with hopes of carving an economical and cost-effective niche for the smaller minority and Black-owned businesses and eliminate the disparity that exist in the current bidding process.

Currently, there is no viable link between Tier 1 & II and the smaller Tier III companies, hence, the upfront cost of securing a project has proven to be too much of a financial burden on the Tier III companies. Hunsel-Blake aims to bridge this gap while providing economic development opportunities for diversity. We provide vetted qualified subcontractors for small businesses for special projects, due to labor shortage. Our company provides marketing and sales for small businesses. Many local small businesses do not have the budget to hire a sales and marketing team to attend trade shows and networking events, to expand their business into the arenas, that will provide exposure and visibility. Most small businesses try to build their business without adequate marketing. This exposure will provide sales opportunties, help build alliances and relationships to become the number (1) vendor's for trading partners.
